Marketing Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to support the Morsel Food Company, Marketing Team on both the corporate and store level. This position reports to the Marketing Director and may collaborate with other members of the Marketing.
You will work with our Marketing Team on a wide range of projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develops branding from start to finish
- Contributes to the design, and development of documents as needed
- Utilizes existing visual and brand assets to design collateral and marketing materials
- Develops graphics and content for use on social media, web, email communications, etc.
- Designs ad campaigns (print and digital)

You will contribute to the Team in the following areas:
Graphic Design:
- Adhere to style guides, brand voices and instructions for specific projects and brands
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials (print & digital), which may include brochures, presentations, event materials
- Content creation for web and social
- Understand different goals and objectives for different deliverables (advertisements, social ads, signage, window graphics, etc.)
- Develop mood boards, etc. to support in conceptualization of websites.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop are a must).
- You must be able to submit a portfolio of relevant work samples, demonstrating creative, design and software skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ year’s experience in graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred, but not required:
- Professional experience with major social media platforms
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Copywriting experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with WordPress and Squarespace
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO
